Our Approach
Jubilant believes that for long term
and sustainable social interventions, it is the people who are best placed
to help themselves. Jubilant sees for itself a role of a facilitator or a
catalyst in this process. Keeping the above in view, Jubilant follows the
following approach -
Conduct social need assessment of
the community around
Prioritise the needs to identify
areas of interventions
Adopt participative mode for
implementation (4P model of Public-Private-People Partnership)
Develop indicators for tracking
effectiveness of the interventions.
Based on the above approach, the
following three areas have been selected for social initiatives by Jubilant
-
Supporting Government Rural
Primary Education System
Strengthening Basic Healthcare
Facilities
Improving Employability of Local
Youths through Vocational Training Programs
Presently, Jubilant plans to focus its
social initiatives around its manufacturing facilities. In future, however,
areas beyond will also be brought under its purview.
