Sanjeevani program is being launched to benefit patients admitted at Government Hospitals and are below poverty line and hence cannot afford the cost of prescribed medicine Jubi-R. JBF will offer full course of 6 vials of “Jubi-R” free of cost to 500 patients across the country. Eligible patients are requested to read all the terms & conditions and acknowledge the same before registration.

JBF is pleased to support COVID 19 patients and wishes them speedy recovery.

Check Patient’s Eligibility
1. Is the patient under Below Poverty Line?
2. Is Remdesivir/Jubi-R prescribed to the patient by the Doctor?
3. Does the patient have any of the Identity Card issued by Govt. of India (e.g. Voter ID Card, Ration Card, Passport, Driving Licence etc.)?
